The Board of Education established a set of quality indicators that comprise the District’s Data Dashboard. Rather than rely on a single measure of performance, the Board has approved a number of quality indicators that tell us how well the District is performing overall.  Viewed together, they provide a clear picture of how the system is performing across key areas.

As a high performing district, members of the public at large may not have an opportunity to truly understand the strength of the FUSD culture that drives a system-wide focus on continuous improvement. The data dashboard is an accountability tool to help us develop goals and set performance targets. While student achievement is our primary focus, we also realize that there are multiple factors that influence student learning.  The dashboard attempts to consolidate the work that has been done by staff and the Board of Education, to reflect a balance of indicators that impact teaching and learning.

  • Last Day of School
    Wednesday, June 13, 2012
The last day for students to attend school in the current year will be on Wednesday, June 13, 2012. When the calendar was developed a year ago, we planned to end school a day later, but the date has changed to June 13, 2012. The school year is being reduced by one day due to mid-year State budget reductions.
